Patience
When a six hour round is almost finished and the golfer is having a tough time, you can bet that they are beginning to lose some patience. They just want to go home and forget about the long round that they just completed. Though golf is not as intense as basketball or football, it is easily just as mentally tiring. I believe that if a golfer can perfect the power of patience, they will improve incredibly.
Honesty
Golfers are some of the most honest athletes today because of the fact that it is so individualized. A golfer is able to almost at anytime possible, but most golfers will choose otherwise. When a golfer cheats, he or she not only cheats the game and their competitors, but they are only cheating themselves.
